Our Mission

With over 60 years of combined military and security experience, Anatoliy Tsibulskiy and Feliks Kazak founded A&F Security in 2004, with a goal of serving the people of San Francisco.

 

Feliks served in the Soviet Army under a special tactical group and upon completion of his service he was the highest sergeant rank. In the United States, he has worked in the security service field for 20 years in every possible settings ranging from private schools, community centers, hotels, large corporate buildings, private residences, and the so on.

 

Anatoliy served in both the Soviet and Ukrainian Army and finished his service with the major rank. In the United States he decided to continue his career of civilian safety immediately after the tragedies of 9/11. He also has provided security in the Bay Area for people of all ages for over 20 years.

Our company was established in 2004. Over the past 26 years, we have grown from a small company of 2 security guards to over 50 security guards and . We currently serve many sites with permanent and have over 20 locations that we provide on-call or special event security for in the Bay Area.

We understand that this job requires only the highest quality of work while respecting time, people, and property. Our guards are all trained to keep a watchful eye and to be able to anticipate the unexpected, as well as, respond appropriately in each situation.
